Unfortunately I'm taking a few days off from running, and most other exercise for that matter. I thought I was pacing myself with the transition to minimalist shoes, but my version of starting slow is a bit too fast. I'm experiencing some pain on the top of my right foot beyond the normal soreness. I don't want this to develop into a stress fracture so I'll be taking it easy until the OBX Sandbar 5K next Sunday.
